    I tried this about a few years ago when it first was released! It did not follow my preferences and send me bagels that I'm not interested in. And the ones I was interested in, literally all of them (3) tried to scam me for money - claiming they were in trouble! One person I reported to the police. I was thinking it being a new app the developers needed time to work out the bugs. I deactivated my account and decided maybe the online dating wasn't for me. I decided a week ago to try again and so far the same problem. I'm getting notifications of potentias that are 20 years younger than me!! I have my preferences set, how and why is this happening? 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ So maybe it's not online dating, maybe it's this app?

    The concept of quality over quantity is good; however, I do not like the beans feature to like a bagel. The suggestions that they send are usually not of interest. But, the ones in the discovery section will be appealing, yet you won’t have enough beans to like them. Therefore, your options end up being too limited.
  • CMB once again stopping interactions

    I have lost track of how many times CMB has stopped an connection I made with someone only to have CMB suddenly say that person’s account have been flagged to for one reason or another and will not be able to talked to them again until that person verifies their account. Yes... yes... I understand CMB that our safety and security is something your very concerned about. And you should be... but either your intentionally preventing people who don’t spend a ton of money in your app from making and continuing solid connections with others... OR your app is oversaturated with fake, fraudulent, or spam profiles. And as for all the 5 star reviews I see you have for your app. I can’t help but notice how many of those looked to be “fake/bought for” reviews. But in this cutthroat industry of online dating if you’re not somehow cheating the system it seems like you would have no chance in having a successful business.

    I bought 3 months subscription and it just disappeared in my account while the subscription still show up in my subscription management. I tried to contact their customer service and never heard from them. What a scam!

    So I wanted to see if this app holds back likes from each other. I made 4 accounts two men and two female free version. My focus was to like each other and see if it went through, well guess what?? It didn’t. I even waited several days and hoped my accounts would show up never did. I’m not sure why this app withholds likes from each other but I hope the developers can fix that in a future update because now I feel like this is a scam to get money and not really help people out.

    Very expensive, is constantly updated to remove the free features and hide them behind a subscription paywall, and really doesn’t do anything if you don’t shell out big bucks for the subscription. No point in using it.

    To whom it may concern, I keep getting the message of the app not being able to verify my account. I sent a picture of myself with three fingers several times to help verify my account. Is there a contact number I can call to verify my account? Should I just make a new account?

    Is what I would truly give this app. From customer service to not having an option of logging in to website to a crappy non sensical algorithm that gets you no where other than draining your bank accountant. What a scam! Oh and not to mention the poor security control -- more scammers on this site than any other. I want my money back! This site should be shut down- rework it so ppl can actually interact, hire more ppl in customer service that will actually respond to inquires, have better security control. Nobody likes having to continuously spend money in hopes of interacting. Going to back to tried and true.. Match!
