  • Disappointed

I’ve been using this app for a very very long time. But then I stopped walking for a few months. Now, I am back walking everyday and tracking my walks. The app is no longer showing a map, and all of a sudden my almost 3 mi walk is under 2 mi. And because it’s not showing map, no way to tell where did 1 mile disappear. Now, I assume, that the mountain I walk around didn’t shrink by one mile over night, so it must be an app. Since I can’t trust the accuracy of this app, I will no longer use it.
  • Account requires

Requires an account. Useless if you don't want yet another account.
  • I like it

I’m 70 my doctor says I’m too fat. I know walking is beneficial, so here I am. I live in a development, so traffic is light. It wouldn’t do to get run over while trying tho live longer. I’ve measured the distances and it seems accurate in time and distance. I’ll accept the calorie count and step count.

NEW REVIEW! I’ve had this app for years and wondered why all the sudden it wasn’t mapping my walk or letting me know when I had reached each mile mark. Come to find out they want to start charging me now without even notifying me. Well I refuse to pay. Especially since they didn’t have the decency to give me a heads up that their policies were changing so I deleted this app. There’s a lot of apps out there and I’m sure I can find one to suit my needs.
  • Apple watch

Apparently there is no apple watch app for this particular Map My app. Which is highly disappointing.
  • Don’t waste your money.

Can’t believe I paid for this. I cannot login. Won’t accept my name. Says doesn’t accept the characters (the English alphabet ?) Go to support and it takes you to some login screen but that’s the problem. So can’t even ask support why I can’t login. I actually bought it some time ago and now I remember why I gave up before. I better check and make sure it didn’t charge me again. Complete waste of money. This app must be a scam.
  • Unreliable

    By i miss howl
Lately the app will record my time and calories but still show 0 distance, literally the only stat I care about and the whole reason I’m using this. Make sure it’s recording because hitting “start walk” is a 50-50 shot
  • Apple compatibility

Why not sync with apple as well
  • Huh?

    By Raw Fingers
Says right on the screen that I walked 3.92 miles. Says I have 0 miles this week. Ok... It’s sorta like the weather app that says the high will be 47 degrees and it’s currently 50. Since this is a computer program and the one thing computers do very well is add numbers, why can’t these people get this app to add workouts to the daily total? I like this app other than this seemingly simple to correct issue.
  • When it works it’s great but...

Been using this app for years. Recently got back into logging my walking and on occasion it inexplicably pauses my workout mid walk. The blue line at the top of the screen indicates the app is on and tracking me but when I open up the app it indicates that I have paused my workout. It has done this at least 4 times in the past 2 months. Frustrating. Would be nice if we could get a audio alert that our workout has paused.
